Refunds & Cancellations

Current checkout status

Consulting work is governed by the signed statement of work. Unless that agreement says otherwise, deposits reserve capacity and are non-refundable once work begins; cancellation and rescheduling terms are disclosed before payment. No public online checkout is active today.

Billing questions

For a billing or cancellation question, email contact@gtmcorporate.com and include the purchaser name, transaction date, and a non-sensitive transaction reference. Never email a full card number, bank credential, password, or identity document.

Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law. Any future checkout will identify the seller, currency, price, recurring terms if any, and the policy that applies before payment.
